5. Account Rules

You may only create one account. Beryl Siren reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit automated bot behavior or attempt to exploit game mechanics.

6. Game Rules

Rules for specific amusements, such as Siren's Gambit and Trench Treasures, are available within the game interfaces. Malfunction voids all virtual plays and Pearl returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including the Beryl Siren name, subaquatic designs, and game assets, are the intellectual property of Beryl Siren Entertainment Ltd and may not be copied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beryl Siren is provided 'as is'. We shall not be liable for any interruption of service, data loss, or server downtime affecting your Lumina Pearls balance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
